As VP of Production at Nikitova Mikhail has many responsibilities, these include: strategic and financial planning of company development, personnel administration and training, negotiations with clients and customers, supervision of the estimation processes, management of team growth and development, and much more.

Short Bio: Mikhail started his professional activities in 1999 as a freelance programmer. In 2001, he began working for a Software Development Company in Lvov, where he worked for 2 years. There, he was promoted from Junior Developer to Project Manager. Prior to joining the Nikitova team, he worked at Finport Technologies Inc. at a top management position. Mikhail demonstrates a good knowledge of the IT market and tendencies of IT industry. With wide management experience and professional knowledge Mikhail became a perfect candidate for the Vice President Position.
